Pros
I loved being able to help people when they really needed it. You could actually see someone come in to apply for a loan and you could see the stress on their face, as soon as I told them I was able to approve them, I literally saw “RELIEF” on their face!! Also, the owners and the VP actually let you know they cared. I was blessed to work in different branches and learned from some of the best branch managers.
Cons
This company actually still makes field calls. It’s very dangerous for females especially, to have to go out to make home visits to past due customers. ** As I said, there’s always one bad apple in the bunch, my supervisor was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. The way she spoke to customers was absolutely unbelievable. Trust me when I say, I take accountability for my own actions! However, if you are in a management position, then you truly need to speak to customers and employees in a professional manner. It’s really sad that higher ups never believe anything that the little peons say, it’s like we just don’t matter. This job is very stressful due to the collection side of it. Finance jobs like this have an extremely high turnover. However, I still absolutely loved my job. I love customer service!!!😀
