      - Hybrid work. - Got good in depth training. - Kind team members easy to talk to. - Provided with WFH tech we need. - Lovely managers. - Easy going dress code.

      Cons

      - Early lunch is too early @11:30 - Work can feel repetitive. - No social events apart from christmas party. - Havent met most of my team.
