The atmosphere in the company is excellent. The team is ambitious and dedicated but there is also plenty of room for fun. Lizard Global offers a lot of growth opportunities. The projects are challenging and have a real impact.
Cons
As a new team member, you quickly get a lot of responsibilities and there is not always a clear structure. Taking initiative and claiming ownership is encouraged so it's an advantage to have an entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset. This is not for everyone.
