That is why you can always discuss your concerns about the grade with your specific arguments why you think the grade is unjustified simply by sending a message in the system to your grader. We did our best to make the process of grading as transparent as possible. As a result, you can always check the grading rubric unless the client sent his/her own. I'd like to emphasize that proofreading issues in your final work will not influence the overall quality of it that much. Thus, fines are not applied only because of the proofreading issues. The core of your work is its content. This is the biggest part of what we care about. Slight mistakes in formatting, language, etc. will not influence the final grade that drastically that the fine is be applied.
