Pros
I've worked for Living Scriptures for over three years now. It's an inside sales job and you will be making calls from a desk, normally this creates the dreaded "call center" environment. Not here! The reason I have stayed on so long is because of the work environment and culture. I love what the company stands for and what the product does to help families. We are always doing incentives to get free lunch, gift cards, and even the occasional work trip for top reps! The basketball hoop, ping pong table, flexible hours, and lax environment help add to moral, and the co-workers are more like family.
Cons
Getting paid time off can be tough to get, not impossible, but tough. Not a lot of opportunity for advancement (3 years and still at the same job), but it's a great job to help you get through school, etc.
