It is fundamentally essential for us that anyone who comes to learn a language achieves their goal. The result always borders on constancy, especially if it comes to learning. Every rescheduled or canceled lesson sets students apart from reaching their ultimate goal. Having lessons rescheduled often can also impact how long students stay with you. We do our best to bring more students to the platform so that every tutor can have a regular income with us. But, giving the total freedom in rescheduling and canceling the lessons may undermine the students' trust. It may also cause challenges in the quality of the learning process. Some regulations and rules help every community member to get the desired result. We ask you not to take it personally and treat it with understanding.
