      Beautiful company to work for. Overall very nice people! They know how to have fun and enjoy a good party!

      Cons

      There was favoritism, so even if you are talented it really comes down to if you are their favorite. Not very organized and I witnessed a lot of people getting let go. I hope the place got better but overall it’s beautiful and fun place to work!

      Great care of the employees, there are holiday food and party, we see the owner who talks with us often. I like this company and want to stay here. I see people getting promoted and I am excited to earn my way to promotion to

      I am not sure what the career path is but I want to be a supervisor and learn how to lead people, company is growing fast here

      Great product discount on items in stock.

      Cons

      They don't like older workers. Long hours standing on concrete floors. Few if any breaks. Lifting heavy large plants.
