Pros
Fun, great culture, nice people, good benefits. Relaxed environment, cool products If you are the type of person who wants a good stable place to work where you can come in and do the same basic job for your entire career, then this is a perfect place for you to be. It is very stable and you could be here 20+ years
Cons
You will never receive any training. They very rarely promote. Just about always hire from the outside. Not very good about employee retention. If you ever want to improve your skill set or learn something new, you will need to do it on your own outside of the company. You will never receive help or reimbursement for any training or education costs.
