Pros

A few good, talented folks Liberal "work from home" policy

Cons

So many negatives... Project bids don't cover reality so staff have to repeatedly work long hours to meet deadlines Internal tools & processes are tedious Different managers/directors often ask for the same information over & over Mistakes are not tolerated and people are criticized for the smallest thing No eye or dental coverage for the first 3 months & you can't contribute to the 401k plan for 6 months Honest feedback is not sought or encouraged. Coworkers can't be trusted. At the first chance, they'll "tell on you" to managers No on boarding for new employees. You're shown your desk and put to work. I wasn't even introduced to my team. Resourcing between projects is a never-ending effort that sucks up hours every week. You're told in interviews that it's a "fun" place to work with work-life balance but both assertions are false. No career or skill set growth potential. No AC in the office, which is partly why people work from home in the summer. Interference from corporate hq in Texas is growing stronger every day.

Pros

- I love the work as I get to work across many different clients & tools which means the work is never stale and I continue to grow. This also helps me retain talent on my team. - The culture is excellent, which wasn't always the case. Over the last 2 years, there has been executive leadership changes and with this new group came a FANTASTIC new culture. The transparency and communication has greatly improved and there is a real sense of team unity now. - There is always opportunity to grow your career. I have seen many employees get promoted multiple times and carve out new roles for themselves. If you are a hard worker, you will be rewarded. - Unlimited time off, within reason of course. - Flexibility for remote work even prior to covid.

Cons

- 401k match is on the low side.
