It is such a fun environment

Hard to find coverage sometimes

Some of the teachers are really kind and care about the children, they take their job seriously all the obstacles from leadership but unfortunately this leads to a high turnover rate so I don't know how positive it is in the long run.

Leadership is very unprofessional and clique-y, they will openly gossip about other employees in front of people or address things rudely in front of people when it could have been a meeting. When I was there they weren't always following childcare guidelines which was stressful, finding coverage for your shift is difficult they have such a process to call out that it's easier to just go to work sick and they know that, anytime I scheduled a meeting to discuss my future it was canceled by my director it seemed like they wanted me to stay in this one role because they were always short staffed, leadership didn't take concerns seriously from staff members.
