There is no doubt working at Little Red is good for your career, but it was at the expense of my mental health. My time there was very damaging and I am in therapy to resolve this now. No work perks make up for that.
Turnover is high even for a PR agency- there is a reason they are constantly hiring. Firings and warnings are common.
Has a cult-like, cut-throat environment, where there always has to be someone blamed. It can be quite hostile with the founder known to lose her tempter regularly on team calls.
Most of these reviews cite low pay and long hours as an issue, and while this is explained away as an industry wide problem, Little Red does have the power to change that and chooses not to. The founder dismissing it each time is indicative of her attitude towards other instances of raising issues.
Little Red get away with being a toxic place to work due to the huge brands they work with, and they keep this cycle going via the employment of underpaid junior staff needing a start in their career
