      Pros

      They offer higher salaries than other companies for the same position. The facility is decent.

      Cons

      Poor benefits. Lack of communication. Salaried employees don't get lunch. Salaried employees don't get paid if they don't work. High turn over. No autonomy in management. Work alongside under qualified staff. DCFS visits are off the charts.

      Nothing, this place should be shut down permanently.

      Cons

      Licensing is not followed. Teachers are not qualified. Directors are overworked. The children are not cared for. The building is falling apart. Not enough toys in the classrooms. Foodservice is a joke. The owner, Alise, does not care.
