Pros
Even after leaving the company almost a year ago, I still have lasting friendships with coworkers and former families of students alike. There is a family-like atmosphere among most of the staff (especially grouped among age levels), probably brought on by common misery.
Cons
The management on site is a joke. The only decent person in the office (if it’s still the same- likely not because the turnover even amongst management is insane) is Corinna. They don’t respect you, don’t respect your authority in your own classroom, don’t stand up for you to complaining parents even when you stood by their policy, will lie to your face whenever necessary, and worst of all- they do not treat the children according to any sort of licensing. They are constantly out of proper ratio, never even close to fully staffed, they take entirely too long to respond to situations with sick or hurt children, will never EVER contact parents for children with behavior issues, even when they are a legitimate danger to everyone around them.
