Pros
Productivity and commitment are rewarded. The opportunity for growth and advancement is there and individuals can move their career forward based on their abilities.
Cons
Organization is run with each dealership and GM having a lot of control over their own destiny. Corporate provides guidance, but it is really up to the managers in each store to make it happen. Good managers = good store, bad managers = bad store, you hope you're working for a good team.
