Pros

The leaders of the company and everybody employed in the company are experts in agile and lean and walk the talk. They nurture and grow the team members with continual education and opportunities for collaboration with the broader lithespeed team and the agile and lean community at large.

Cons

No cons to share, it was a great opportunity and I know of no other agile and lean consulting org that so truly is focused on finding ways to continually improve and provide business value.

Pros

There’s a shared commitment to always delivering the best for the client, which aligns perfectly with my own values. Everyone genuinely wants to help each other succeed, and the culture doesn’t just pay lip service to continuous improvement—it actively promotes forward-looking learning, encouraging growth through new projects and future-focused skill development.

Cons

May not be the best fit if you don't thrive on continuous growth and personal evolution.

This approach ensures that the team remains competitive and adaptive to evolving market conditions.

Cons

Working in a small company is not for everyone, however I have really enjoyed the camaraderie of our small team working to solve complex problems and providing value to our clients.
