      Solid consultants with excellent know how to manoeuvre unsuspecting executives deeper into corners of unnecessary change. Good place to get some interim works while they kick out the incumbents

      Cons

      Very focused on getting internal management out of the way and making room for their own interim people to drive their dirty politics up the food chain
