Dispersed team located all over the world, but as long as you can leverage tools like zoom, slack, etc easy to stay connected with everyone. Really strong tools for collaboration AND team building / bonding type sync ups always happening.

Work from Anywhere - this is really the only pro I can list because in recent years the culture and values of the company have been in rapid decline.

The company does a great job running good employees out the door The only people who are promoted are those who have not contributed to the growth of the company and are of the right racial makeup. Very little diversity and inclusion in a company of 18 Misogynistic upper management Pay not in line with industry No upward mobility No real 401K Subpar Apple products for a tech company; my laptop is 9 years old with battery life issues and no longer under AppleCare.
