Not a lot of opportunity for growth

Lot of autonomy and ways to grow as a technologist. Established company with mature and growing product(s). Very deep knowledge of imagery and visualization technology.

Very lean organization. Hard to get enough stuff done quickly enough. Lack of consistent focus on important things. Staff spread too thin to accomplish the great potential available. Risk adverse to a fault.
