Pros

The work environment is very positive. A team focused mentality is fostered where fellow technicians are willing to offer help and guidance when asked, or even if they just notice that you could use it. Lots of available hours and overtime.

Cons

We are not paid for lunch time.

Thank you for your review! I'm happy to hear that your colleagues have been helpful. Unfortunately it is extremely rare to be paid for lunch time. Most companies have it as an unpaid break. I do hope that our weekly bagels, monthly lunches and all of the other daily food offerings are a good offset for the unpaid time. Thank you again for sharing your opinion!

Pros

Opportunities to learn from experienced professionals in the field. Supportive Leadership: Management and direction that genuinely care about their employees' well-being. Clear pathways for growth and advancement within the organization. A work environment that values autonomy while focusing on achieving set goals, rather than micromanagement. Work flexibility, employee benefits, lunches, christmas dinners, etc.

Cons

Goals can sometimes feel too ambitious, but the management tries to provide a supportive structure to help employees achieve them.

Pros

Its commitment to ensure that clients data is destroyed at all cost

Cons

During my time at the company, I observed a concerning pattern of unprofessional behavior among some employees and management. There were instances where discussions and actions related to personal matters, including assumptions about colleagues’ personal lives, created a hostile work environment. This behavior was particularly noticeable by the Midwest Operation Manager where it significantly impacted team morale and productivity. I believe addressing these issues is crucial for fostering a more respectful and inclusive workplace. The Manager there is smart on concealing these issue since he is the one who instigates them. You can't hold others accountable when your the one doing it. There was this one instance where the Manager thought I wasn't in the room, decided it was okay to talk poorly about me, mocking me on a conversation he said was confidential, then when he found out I was there in the room, started to pretend that he cared about me. Its all about getting your joke across at the expense of others.
