Pros

Pay slightly more than usual

Cons

The so-called manager loves to write in bullets, so doing the same: - Work on weekends and no pay. You'll be forced to work on weekends or you'll start receiving layoff threats indirectly - High micro-management, sorry Nano-management - For the first 3-6 months, you have to work on your own laptop, you won't be provided with a company's laptop - You cannot approach HR or else you'll be labeled a HIGH MAINTENANCE employee and the manager will call you the same in front of everyone - The manager lacks basic etiquette, how to speak - Even if you have to visit a doctor, take the laptop with you - There is no hierarchy, any person can create tickets and assign to you - and in the end, the manager will ask your DELIVERABLES even after knowing that you're working on such tickets - You cannot give your input, else get slammed just for speaking - No liberty in work, from "documentation" to "way of work" - everything has to be highly finicky thus Nano management - Everytime it feels like the manager sits on your head and forces you write something as "SOMETHING" - too much frustating

Pros

You get a chance to explore the latest in distributed computing software.

Cons

Not really a con, very fast-moving as a startup. Experience is required.

Pros

No Pros. Don't work here . They will torture you and make your life hell

Cons

Worst work culture - You can't ask any questions to your boss/peers and you are criticized for presenting any of your ideas. No growth - If you are thinking to learn and grow, this is not the right place to be. Your questions won't be answered at all and you'll just end up maintaining spreadsheets like everyone else. No open communication - It will be nice to have some form of open communication in a way that the person can learn. Forget about questions, they just expect you to magically know everything - even the answer of life! They don't spend any resources or time to get you a proper onboarding. Learn everything in 2 days. Management is always playing politics - The senior management is always playing games and if you are really chummy chummy with them, maybe it'll be easier for you to work there but if you are here to get work done on your own - good luck.No PTO's - Thinking about taking off to visit the doctor? Guess what - take your laptop to the doctor's and work from there while having the doctor examine you
