      Pros

      Good money. Hard working people in the factories. Creates a good product. Good ole American manufacturing. You get to meet a lot of people all over the world.

      Cons

      Work life balance does not exist. Upper management is unethical and dirty. Promises to employees are not kept. Corporate office relocated because that is where the new CEO lived... For him only.... Think about that. Displaced 70 corporate employees for one ego maniac. His tone from the top changed the entire way the company ran.

      Wanted you to succeed within the office. Always trying to grow within the company. Benefits were good too. Easy to work with.

      I dont really have anything to say on cons. I enjoyed it there.

      Easy work Most everyone is friendly Can take on more challenges when bored

      Cons

      Top management is currently sinking the company, many are leaving Forced OT and weekends on a whim Operator 2s have it much harder than Operator 1s and Packers
