      Pros

      Excellent team ethic from the highest levels of management to the shop floor workforce It is a joy to work for a company where everyone can communicate freely without fear of criticism. Everyone has a voice and gets heard Staff are encouraged to bring new service lines to the table for consideration. Good ideas get adopted. There is a good social connect every now and again for people to let their hair down and to build at a social as well as professional level. Good management and clear unequivocal communication is the order of the day. The best company I have worked for by a country mile.

      Cons

      The only downside currently is reducing workspace as the business grows

      A fix is on the way. We are moving to a larger space next month. Space has been recognized as a problem for us and we have finally found a suitable space that will allow us to be more comfortable and accommodate our growth.
