Pros
Flexible Hours, decent pay for a work at home gig, great atmosphere and working environment. management doesn't mind if you show up to work in your skivvies. Work is more steady than other work from home gigs, but still less than a traditional job. A good job for students, stay at home parents, and people who want to supplement their income from another source.
Cons
Hours capped at 20 a week with no guarantee that you will even receive 20 hours a week. Also you are only paid for the metric that has been assigned that task. If a task says it should take 5 minutes and it takes you 7 minutes, you'll only get paid for the 5 minutes. Training is unpaid and a lengthy process (3-4 weeks). Paid once a month instead of the more standard weekly or biweekly payments.
