Great people but low value for staff and resources - Safety Advisor Linkforce (Australia) Employee Review

Company does not value staff. Things you should be paid for, you don't get paid for eg. if you land in Boolgeeda airport then have to drive 5 hours to site this is unpaid. Crappy quality uniforms provided and safety equipment such as gloves and glasses. Everything is just cheap, especially when you see what other companies are providing their employees from work boots to water bottles etc. All these things make a huge difference to the morale for workers.
