      for fresh graduates: Nice and smart people, a lot of interesting projects, developing career path, nice work environment, flexible working hours, and a great place to develop skills

      The comparison between what we do and what we get sometimes incompatible. And also lack of attention to employees

      Pros

      - friendly environment - casual outfit - flexible work hours (not-written) - good for learning new skills

      Cons

      - poor management - high turnover - unreasonable amount of workload (good if you want to train your endurance and mentality) - relatively low salary and lack of compensation/yearly benefit - products/services often went through changes in a short period - micro-management from the CEO himself

      If youre freshgrad and craving for more knowledge, this place is good for you. In here you got so many knowledge.

      Deadline didnt make any sense, micro-manage ceo, there are no time for you to adapt, you have to be fast
