Pros
They will hire just about anyone, and the mission is a nice ideal if it were to be followed. Co-workers are usually very helpful and supportive.
Cons
The leadership is out of touch with reality, and dismissive of the health and well being of employees. Concerns are rarely addressed, and problematic exclusionary policy is often enforced. Turn over is high and pay is low, so you'll be expected to do a number of duties outside of what they hire you for.
Service Concerns: The medication management at this agency is poor at best and medically negligent at worst. They are extremely short staffed, and the persons covering are often severely overworked.
