Pros
Do not let these old negative comments fool you. If you take a look at many of these comments, they are from years ago. In the past couple of years this company has improved and grown quite a bit:
Pros:
-Great benefits
-Very little micro management - if you do your job, no one will bother you
-The company has started hosting Happy Hours and company events
-Free Starbucks coffee everyday
-Summer hours
-Communication between management and the rest of the company has improved
-The company has seen nothing but growth over the past 5 years
-The ability to work from home and remotely. If the weather is bad, the company cares enough about their employees to send an email to work from home.
-A lot of PTO. You start at three weeks of PTO and only increase throughout your time there.
Cons
-The job can sometimes be slow - it is a service that is dependent on client's needs
-Sales and production are handled a little differently, but when I left it looked like things were starting to come together
-Not a ton of upward mobility
-There was A LOT of turnover in my time there. Roughly one person per month. However, much of this happened before these changes and recent hires were brought aboard
-Like any job money could always be better
