They have your needs at the forefront of every company decision, truly care about your situation, and try to accommodate everyone's needs. The owner, clinical director, and other therapists are available to help out anytime. Great clinical support and school-specific support, ever-growing resources available to therapists to provide high-quality assessments/treatment, ability to collaborate with other amazing tele-therapists, great onboarding and training provided.

      Pros

      Great therapist owned company, Flexible scheduling, fair rates and manageable caseloads to fit your personal needs. Therapy platform provided by company, as well as access to some materials and websites needed for therapy, including assessment needs. Rates commensurate with the locations of contract. Supportive staff, therapist's ideas and opinions valued.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is a delay in communication, when you are looking for an immediate response.
