Very lean team. They will work you to death and pretend like they haven’t. No work life balance. Blame culture. A lot of colleagues don’t know what they are doing and are forced into positions with very limited experience. Makes for a lot of mistakes. Their main clients are awful to work with and expect 24/7 service.
