Pros

None. Usual faceless HR department. Had to compete a series of completely irrelevant tests online. They don't even talk to you before rejecting your application but from what I've read about them as an employer, sound like I doged a bullet. Whatever happened to face to face interviews,looking at a person's experience? It's just lazy HR. Why bother having a recruitment team when you let a computer algorithm decide!!

100% remote working/work from home

where do I begin: shift patterns that can change at the whim of the managers working for multiple sites per week or even per day, all with different system, rules and regulations minimum wage incredibly stressful, dealing with patients that scream at you constantly with absolutely no support other than "take some time for yourself but also be back on call in 5 minutes" unsupportive managers, unsupportive HR, unsupportive company in general paid on the last day of the month with no flexibility no swapping shifts with coworkers under any circumstances other than a written request to management 3-5 days before and identical shift lengths

Pros

Working from home is the benefit, nice colleagues

Cons

Poor toxic management who don’t know how to manage. Will be on your case, the onboarding is also slow and won’t respond to you. Impossible to get holiday.
