Pros

My experience with Tilia so far has been highly positive and constructive in many respects. I had a great onboarding experience explaining the ins and outs of the company. The company is very attentive and kind to its employees and I personally feel that Tilia cares for my well-being and my personal and career growth and development which makes for a great company culture. The work ethic within the company is fantastic. Working for Tilia feels very inclusive. I feel that Tilia have perfected the art of working remotely and creating such a positive company culture. Teams are super knowledgeable and collaborative which is complimented by a company culture that empowers you with the tools and space to work. You are empowered to make your own decisions and create your own processes and procedures. The vision is clear and the drive and determination is evident across the board. I can highly recommend Tilia to any financial services professional who wants to be part of a great journey. There is an exceptional leadership team here which helps you realize your potential and deliver excellence. Tilia is truly a great company to work for.

Pros

Nicest employees I've worked with but no one ends up lasting. Good vacation leave but too hard to take.

Cons

This place was honestly terrible. The people running it didn’t use the product, didn’t understand the customers, and just built whatever they felt like. Then they acted confused when everything failed. The company is run by giant egos who treated employees like used tissues. All the long time employees ended up getting “let go” because they wouldn’t act like puppets or leave because it's hopeless. Then the exact same jobs suddenly opened back up, but only in certain offices. So much for their big WFH culture. The office culture is gone and the rats are leaving the sinking ship. Linden can't increase their user base to save their lives so its only a matter of time. The head of product operations was so toxic someone wrote a fifty page Medium article about it, and the company still didn’t care. Nobody feels safe speaking up. The execs only wanted people who nodded and agreed, and they cared more about themselves than customers or employees. I wouldn’t recommend working here to anyone. It was a total mess.
