Pros
I worked as a developer at Linchpin for 2 years. It was an awesome experience. The people are there to take challenges and also fulfil them. Great place for freshers to start their career. I would recommend joining this firm as this will make you even more mature in your technical skills. The Directors are really very cooperative and treat the employees as friends. The Directors always push back the dev teams and are really supportive.
Cons
There is no consistency with the developers and their projects. If someone is working on a project for a good time, he/she is moved to other projects and a new guy joins with the current project which makes pacing a bit difficult due to the changes. Role of HR department is still ambiguous.
