Pros

Working from home remotely is great, they have clear expectations and metrics that are easy to follow, sometimes there would be down time if you work the late shifts, great bosses and awesome feedback.

Cons

Sometimes the drivers (technicians) in the clients states were dreadful and 7/10 worse to deal than the actual clients. Sometimes we would get daily repeat callers who were just lonely but I will always try to help them. During severe weather we are sometimes not able to help the people we need to because our drivers won't go out in bad weather. It can be an awful feeling.
