Pros
There are no pros. Utter and absolute incompetence is the order of the day. I‘ve heard tale of successful centers, but ours is certainly not one and there are none in our area. Clinics hate to refer us and have several other options to use other companies so they do.
Cons
The cons are too numerous to list. It is difficult to take upper management seriously. They just FORCED us to take an "optional" survey and then tauted how successful it was due to the high participation rate. It would be hilarious if it wasn't so depressing. If you are considering this company or any one of their DBAs, don't. Just run. Run like the wind and don't look back. God speed!!!
