      Co-workers Facility Pay is decent Benefits are decent

      Cons

      High turnover (because of low pay and bad management) Lose a lot of management personnel regularly Management onsite are basically clueless as to what is going on and the reasons for bad performance (it's them)

      It was good experience in the IT department, everyone was great and helpful

      no benefits but only because you’re not a full time employee which makes sense
