Very unethical and unprofessional environment. Majority of the people who behave this way are the ones working on the floor as machine operators, setups, etc. A lot of them have no respect and no conscience in their words and actions. There needs to be an employee meeting based on respect and professionalism. Having respect to others is important for every workplace and unfortunately this was not shown.
