I've met some amazingly talented and intelligent individuals while working for this company, as well as continued to grow my skills and experience.
Cons
The greatest takeaway working for this company is their blatant disrespect to their employees. People join this company to genuinely make a positive difference in the residents lives, but Limitless Possibilities does what most companies do and flatters you upon hire so they can later run you into the ground through bullying, differential treatment between employees (favoritism), manipulation, and the 80/20 rule where 20% of the people are doing all of the work just to try and keep the programs afloat.
