Pros

- There are some great people within the company - The customers are also pleasant, making the time that you spend there somewhat worthwhile

Cons

- Limited transparency from senior/exec management level to the rest of the company - The values that the company has plastered across their website only exist as words to provide the perception that they stand for something. In reality, you see instantly that nobody abides by them or are even acutely aware that it is there - Extremely high staff turnover - I have never been at a company with such high turnover, it is very shocking to witness and really does decimate any confidence you have left of the company - Limited avenue for growth within the business and no care to create opportunities - No care for mental health issues, which will see you get penalised if you are disengaged - When you eventually find that working here becomes unpleasant and uninspiring and your motivation is knocked, be careful to search for a new job because they will be watching what you do and you will eventually get penalised for this. Instead of reaching out to you to improve things as the employer, they will target you and mark you down on your performance (which is linked to your bonus) - Poor training offered for new starters and throughout your tenure - The company will not take heed to any suggestions you might have to make improvements, so do not bother raising them! - Poor care for customers and no customer advocacy - this is clear from the senior management level - Low salary Ultimately, there are significantly more cons than pros!

We appreciate you taking the time to leave feedback, although we're sorry to hear about your experience at Limejump. This year we're focused on our employee retention strategy and supporting employees with mental health, including the introduction of Mental Health First Aiders, free mindfulness apps, company-wide sessions with third-party providers and introduction of core hours to support employee flexibility. We value all of our current and former employees' feedback so we would be happy to learn more about what was not positive during your time here and any suggestions you may have to make Limejump an even better place to work. If you feel comfortable, please feel free to contact HR at any time. We wish you the best.
