Pros
When I worked there, the copywriters and senior art director were brilliant and always a pleasure to work with. We had some great clients as well that were always open to new ideas, and super flexible.
Cons
The moral in the office was at an all time low when I left Lime. There was no work culture at all, or incentives for employees. Our boss (who is also the president of the company) barely cared for the well-being of employees. He would overpromise Lime's clients with cheap fees and overwork the employees. There was some underlying tensions between a few employees and he barely did anything to intervene or resolve any issues. He typically sided with one senior employee and they would spend a lot of time behind closed doors together. This senior employee was also not a good example of a hard worker, as he would barely make deadlines, and wouldn't deliver when he was asked - probably because he was spending so much time in our boss' office not working.
If you want a positive experience at a marketing agency, Lime is not it.
