Generally good company, good ethics, research staff have good collaborations and teamwork
Cons
Research staff are not looked after by management, we have different needs to someone in sales or accounts due to our work! Annual leave allowance and pay across counties varies a lot which is depressing when you do the same role. Issues with direct management often swept until the carpet until many people leave, HR does bare minimum.
