Pros

About 2 months into my role, but here is my two sense: They always make sure you are getting what you need to be successful in the role you fill and are happy when you are doing it. The company is doing very well in terms of growth which is a great time to join a startup since you are getting the freedoms of doing what you find interesting without the fear of the company going under if they don't meet their financial goals. Work from home is an option (which is what I do), but most work in office if you are more interested in that. Lastly, you can say you made a difference in the success of a company instead of a small piece of a fortune 500. and very lastly, the sense of humor and relaxed, but determined atmosphere make me excited to come to work every day.

Cons

You didn't get hired sooner.

Pros

Liine is truly one of the best places I’ve worked. The leadership team sets the tone — they are respectful, transparent, knowledgeable, and always available when you need them. They trust their people, which means there’s no micromanagement, just the freedom and support to do your best work. The office atmosphere is both fun and professional. It’s engaging, collaborative, and positive — with the perfect mix of humor and professionalism. Work-life balance is not just a talking point here; it’s a reality. Flexibility is built into the culture, and it makes a huge difference day to day. On top of that, compensation and benefits are excellent, and the hybrid work schedule provides the best of both worlds — meaningful in-person collaboration and the freedom to work from home.

Cons

Honestly, nothing major. Like any growing company there are challenges but leadership handles them with transparency and care.
