Can be overly generous to the employees.

People are nice and friendly here. Willing to share their knowledge. The boss is nice to. The environment around the office is beautiful and the mood here is very comfortable. Working on international projects which provide a different experience of working style from working on a domestic project. Okay to ask day off for personal reason as long as it works with the deadline of the project.

The hardware here just meet the minimal standard. The salary might be a bit low. Project driven schedule. Sometimes work 13hr/day sometimes have a very slow week. Bit far from the city. Need a car to get around the area around the office and things are pricey here. No auto payroll. No benefit after working for one year. Administrator is bit slow to response some tasks.
