Not too well - Rehabilitation Technician Lighthouse Property Management Employee Review

I have worked for almost 2 years at Lighthouse Property Management as a leasing agent at a Nashville Property. I love my manager, regional, and everyone above them. It isn't often that with a big company you are spoken to and appreciated by the owner as well. Everyone from top to bottom cares about you and appreciates the hard work you put in.

With the properties being smaller it is a little difficult to move up. But they do always allow for you to look for a transfer. The pay is okay but I think the pay is going to continue to get better with time. Nashville exploded out of no where and not many people expected leasing agents to make 21-22 an hour so there is always time for adjusting so not really a con. I still get paid well as 19 is not too far off.

That I no longer work for this dumpster fire of a company.

I worked here for close to two years. The beginning of the end was an assistant manager getting fired. She would disappear for hours while we had roughly 75% of the ac units down at the property. Something wasn't adding up. It turns out the assistant manager was taking the maintenance team into vacant apartments and was shall we say "dating" them all as a group. They only fired her. I spoke up when she was fired saying it was unethical to only fire her. Everyone should be fired. They tried writing me up multiple times. It was always for stuff that didn't make any sense. I pushed back every time and would bring up the maintenance guys were still employed at the company when they were having "dating" sessions with that assistant manager during work hours on company property. Eventually had enough. Called my boss a pill popping drunk and got the ax for that. It was 100% true though. These people were monsters. I hope they can't remove these review.
