      When I worked with Lighthouse it seemed like management really cared about getting pools running well with qualified guards. They are very open!

      Pros

      Good environment, management offers support when needed. Bruce (CEO) is a great guy and fosters a great work environment.

      Cons

      Some managers had major emotional problems, I remember getting cussed out over the owner's son's mistake. I was blamed for it & eventually passed over for promotion so I left the company. I believe I was just unlucky, overall good place to work at.
