Pros
The culture within the various teams were great. The people were great. The students were (mostly) great. Working remote was a bonus.
Cons
Unfortunately Lighthouse Labs has gone through 4 rounds of layoffs in the last 18 months, leaving only a skeleton crew to keep things afloat. The overall health of this business is declining and I doubt they will exist in another six months.
