      Work with other nice & sociable engineers, travel can be fun if you make it fun.

      Cons

      Upper management can be very disconnected to those doing the hands-on work. Oddly strict about the travel compensation considering what the company is willing to pay for otherwise.

      - Able to wear multiple hats and gain lots of experience - Interesting industry and product - Everyone gets to become an expert in something - Decent work/life balance - Great benefits - Opportunity to work with folks with incredible experience

      Cons

      - 30-year old Legacy C codebase, which is very disorganized (but is also an interesting challenge) - Lack of code reviews until very recently - Unprofessional environment
