Pros
Friendly, supportive, transparent, results-oriented, and driven to be the best in our class. The 3 founders are like no other leaders I've worked with before. They're eminently approachable, take feedback, and are some of the smartest people I've ever met. You'll be challenged to be a better version of yourself on your good days, and picked up on your bad days.
Cons
Commute can be wearisome for those coming from SF (but we get a work from home day!), does require you to be accountable for hard work and going over and above, and we're still early in our maturation as a company (not our delivery). If you don't know the AdTech industry, there's a steep learning curve, but the right candidate can dig in and succeed with the support provided.
