Was always being threatened that we will get the layoff. Please be aware the office staff are nice but the leadership are abusive.

Extremely toxic work environment within the office. So many people just up and quitting.

People in hourly and salaried positions are overall good to work with, supportive and believe in safety. As a growing company it creates security for all positions and the people at the growth end of the company seem to have learning opportunities.

As a growing company there is a lot to do, so it can be a quick pace and demanding. Not sure if this is a con but for some it would be.
