Pros
There aren’t any that come to mind.
Cons
If you were like me and looked into what people thought about working here before accepting the job, please do yourself a favor and turn down the offer! You’re not missing a thing and you’re saving yourself so much stress and heartache. I had to leave this place because my moral alarm bell was constantly going off. I knew shortly after starting something wasn’t right. By month three I was already looking for an escape. It really solidified for me when I would see someone come in for an interview and I found myself thinking “don’t do it, don’t do it”. I watched really talented co-workers be severely underpaid and if they tried to bring up pay they would be gaslighted and reprimanded by leadership. I watched management lie to staff and clients on the daily. They would say something one day and go back on their word the very next. If you think the hybrid schedule makes it worth it, my personal experience was that it was even more stressful during remote days because of how unstructured and inconsistent everything was. Sadly, it brings me joy when I see someone I previously worked with here finally leaves and post on LinkedIn their new position at a different company. It feels like “Yay! They got out!”. Word of caution, I would be hesitant to trust any of the good reviews listed. If a bad review goes up about them they will send a Teams chat to everyone to go write a good review. There is a reason why all the bad review have the most helpful reactions. Best of luck!
