Pros

I dont have any Pros about this company!! Other than some of there Tech support people I talked to while in the studio that was super nice and knew what they were doing.

Cons

I however have many Cons, This company knew excatley what they were doing when they bought out Olan Mills Company They Wined and Dined all the District and Area Managers and other top hands for Olan Mills knowing that they were going to Screw them a year later. They got the company they got the workers and now all they had to do is get THE CUSTOMERS!! When they did that BOOM they closed 266 Olan Mill studios down and let go all the employees that worked for those studios including a large percent of District Managers that had well over 20 plus years with Olan Mills Not a Thank you, Not a sorry, But this is your last day........ And all through a Conf Call Line that your line was Muted so you could not reply to what they said REAL CLASSY!! Ask yourself can you have Job Security with this company I think not.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
